Years later, that connection returned stronger than ever. Lights flickered, dreams turned vivid, and whispers of guidance began to stir again. I sat in the stillness and asked for a sign, and Spirit answered. That moment opened the door I had once closed and my true calling came rushing back.

Since then, I’ve devoted myself to developing my mediumship and intuitive gifts through study, mentorship, and ongoing practice. What began as something deeply personal has grown into my life’s work - helping others find healing, clarity, and proof that love never truly dies.

POLICIES

  • Readings can be booked through email at kayleighmedium@gmail.com or through the direct booking link here: www.calendly.com/kayleigh_medium. You will be contacted after booking to provide further details. Readings will be set as virtual by default. In-person readings will be considered by special request only.

    There’s no set schedule for frequency of readings. Many people come when they feel called or during times of change, while others connect once or twice a year for clarity and alignment.

  • Life happens. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your session. Last-minute changes or missed appointments will be charged, as that time is held just for you.

  • I accept PayPal (you can use your bank account or major credit cards) or e-transfer. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payment directions will be sent to you.

  • Are readings confidential? Absolutely. Everything shared in your session remains private and sacred. I hold your trust with deep respect and will never share your story, name, or details without consent. This is your safe, protected space for spiritual connection.

  • Spiritual guidance works best when both you and I are grounded, centered, and open to receiving. True connection with Spirit isn’t something that can be rushed. If you’re in deep emotional distress or facing a crisis, a psychic or mediumship reading isn’t always the right form of support in that moment. I encourage you to reach out to trusted loved ones, a counsellor, or crisis support first, and return for a session when you’re ready to receive guidance from a calm, open space.

  • Psychic readings focus on you and your life. They can provide guidance on issues such as family, career, health, relationships, money, and spirituality. Mediumship readings connect with your loved ones in spirit to bring through evidence, comfort, and healing messages. Sometimes both naturally weave together during a session.

  • Come with an open heart and mind. You’re welcome to bring specific questions or simply allow the session to unfold naturally. It helps to take a few deep breaths beforehand, ground your energy, and set an intention for what you’d like to receive.

    Just remember, spirit gives us what we need, not what we want. A notebook or a recorder can also be helpful to revisit messages later.

  • I wish I could, but spirit decides who steps forward. Often the soul with the strongest need or connection will come through first. Even if it’s not the person you expect, the message will always hold meaning for your heart. I always invite your loved ones and guides in, but I trust the divine flow of who arrives.

    Sometimes you may not immediately recognize who comes through. The connection often makes sense later, or the spirit may be delivering a message on someone else’s behalf.

  • Grief and Spirit both move in their own time. While there’s no strict rule, I usually suggest waiting at least 6 to 8 weeks after a loved one’s passing before booking a mediumship session. This gives both you and your loved one time to adjust, for you to begin processing the loss, and for their energy to settle and learn how to communicate from the other side. If you feel called sooner, trust your intuition, but know that early grief can sometimes make it harder to receive messages clearly. Spirit will always connect when the moment is right.

  • I will not predict death or harm, make concrete medical recommendations, or claim to be 100% accurate. I will not give a reading about someone else without their permission. The messages shared come from a place of love and connection, but they are not a substitute for professional advice in areas such as medical, legal, mental health, or financial matters.

    The guidance you receive is meant to support and inspire you, but outcomes can’t be guaranteed. Your free will is always your greatest power.

  • Never. Spirit’s messages are rooted in love, not fear. Sometimes truth or guidance may feel emotional or challenging, but it’s always meant to bring healing or awareness, not harm. I interpret what comes through gently, with care and respect for your emotional well-being.
